Love Story of Amina & Phillip

It was a joy working with such a charismatic couple in love! Amina and Phillip were married Oct. 23 at Christ Church Cathedral and celebrated with a reception at the Four Seasons. We worked closely with Lacy Branch Events who coordinated the design for the day. These phenomenal shots of the event are by Bobbi Brinkman Photography.

At the reception, we decorated with three different arrangements for the guest tables-one submerged with orchids and floating candles, one sort and lush arrangement with hanging amaranthus, one tall with orchids and hanging crystals.

Heartfelt wishes to Amina and Phillip for a life full of happiness together!

Sweet Summer Wedding

Stacie and Ben were married this past June. Here are some great pictures of their ceremony and reception. They were such a great couple to work with!!

All the bouquets were a mix of greens and pink. Stacie's was lush and full with peonies, roses, orchids, stephanotis and hanging amaranthus to trail.

The reception was a the Ritz. We had two different centerpieces--one with branches and one that had a round, ball shape. Both carried through the greens and pinks and both had hanging amaranthus.

Best wishes to Ben and Stacie! It was a pleasure working with you and your families!

Bright Colors at Kemp Auto Museum

This past July, bright colors were the name of the game here at Sisters. Check out this show-stopping color scheme for mid-summer at the Kemp Auto Museum.

The bridal bouquet (above) and the bridesmaids' bouquets (below) all had pops of greens, oranges, corals and yellows. The bride accented her flowers with white, pearled stephanotis.

The aisle at the ceremony was decorated with these bright clusters of wedding flowers. They were used later in pairs as short centerpieces at the reception.

Tall, colorful vases of mixed summer flowers jumped out against the black linens and floors of the Kemp.

These vases were prepared with thin, turquoise wire to be used with the aisle decorations as centerpieces.

We think the flowers make the cars look pretty, too! :)

The Kemp is such a great venue for color! Such a refreshing summer color scheme!

More at St. Albans

Burns Photography gave us these great images of Ali and Sam's big day. They had both their ceremony and reception at the Studio at St. Albans. Here are the awesome shots of the flowers.

Ali's bouquet was a mix of oranges and purples using mini calla lilies, fall hydrangea, dendrobium orchids, roses, magnolia leaves, looped lily grass, and white pearled stephanotis to accent.

The groom's boutonniere (upper right) was an orange rose with stephanotis to match the bride. The bridesmaids' bouquets (shown here) were a smaller version of the bridal, without the white. The groomsmen wore a purple mini calla lily to match the girls' bouquets (lower right).

We loved the richness and warmth of these flowers, colors, and textures together!

An intimate ceremony was held for close family and friends.

Off to the party!

The reception was held in the tent with guests sitting at a large square table facing each other. See the previous blog for more pictures of the reception and our set-up!

What an awesome day for an awesome couple!!
Special thanks to Shayna with St. Louis Wedding Consultants for putting together such a great event!

Thanks to CLC Photography for these awesome shots.

June Wedding for Tricia and Matt

This wedding was such a pleasure to be a part of! Tricia and her family were wonderful clients and the wedding palate was so much fun to work with! Here are some snapshots that we took of Tricia's bouquet which was a mixture of whites and ivories with hints of green including roses, peonies and stephanotis. Check out the monogrammed satin ribbon wrap!

The following photos are by Browers. They show the gorgeous ceremony at the Shrine of St. Joseph and reception at the Chase.

The bride admires the flower girl's kissing ball in raspberry and green.

The bridesmaids' flowers were chosen to help accentuate the color of the dresses and really give a pop of color.

Sincere congratulations to Tricia & Matt and their families!
