Unique, Unusual and Awesome bouquets

These bouquets use ordinary flowers in very unique ways. They were beautiful and awesome, just like the ladies that picked them........

This round, hand-tied bouquet of phaelenopsis orchids, pink nerene lilies, and white hydrangea really combined texture and drama to create a unique look for the bride.

This tear-drop cascade bouquet with pink roses, cymbidium orchids, hydrangea, lily grass, and jade berries was the perfect bouquet for this laid-back, garden style wedding.

Here are the cymbidium orchids again, this time in a round, hand-tied look. Even though orchids don't have long stems, we created that illusion for this bouquet.

This bridal bouquet had a very soft, romantic look. It is all white lisianthus, clustered together to create this lush, hand-tied bouquet. It took about 30-40 stems of lisianthus!

This bouquet of purple lisianthus was the bridesmaids' bouquet for the white lisi bride. All soft, delicate flowers for a gorgeous wedding day.

Cymbidium Showcase

Here is a great example of tall, showy centerpieces using a more "natural" look. Nicole & Ryan were married this past July and had their reception at the Westin. Nicole picked bouquet flowers with a bright, tropical feel. The centerpieces we created showcased the feature flower used throughout the wedding: the cymbidium orchid.

The bride's bouquet had a base of bright pink hydrangeas accented by white cymbidium orchids with dark pink throats. Loops of lily grass brought another tropical element into the bouquet.

The centerpieces were tall trumpet vases filled with curly willow. The same white orchids used in Nicole's bouquet were submerged inside the vase and placed on the tall branched of the willow. Pink LEDs and clear rocks helped to bring out the pink accent color of the reception.

Although orchids can sometimes get price-y, we used one stem of orchids broken up on the willow branches to give more "bang for the buck" .

The gorgeous outstretching branches with orchids really brought an element of nature inside the reception room.

Hot Pink and Black Wedding

Here's a color palette that really made a statement! Rochelle and Kevin got married this past July. We really played up the hot summer colors and made all the flowers real focal points for the event.

The bridal bouquet was all hot pinks: hydrangea, mini gerbers, roses, spray roses, and freesia.

The bridesmaids' flowers were the same as the bride's, just smaller and without the hydrangea.

The decor for the ceremony reflected the bright color used in the personal flowers.

These little cuties carried ivory spray rose kissing balls down the aisle.

The reception was at the City Museum. We used some tall and some short arrangements to help bring more variety to the tables.


The tall arrangements were black eiffel vases with pink balls of gerbers, roses, and waxflower filler on top.



The short arrangements were black cube vases filled with pink hydrangea, gerbers, roses, spray roses, and variegated greenery.

Attention Spring Brides!

This is a beautiful use of spring colors and spring-time flowers, for all of you who may be planning for an upcoming spring wedding. Laurie and Adam got married this past May. Here are some great pictures from Gail Fleming.

Laurie's bouquet included large white callas, pink mini callas, and green hypericum berries.

The girls carried large white calla lilies for a very clean, contemporary look.

These white hydrangeas were hung on the pews and lined the aisle for the bride's entrance.

The calla theme was carried through to the reception at the Forest Park Visitors Center (Lindell Pavilion).

It was a pleasure working on this wedding and we wish the newlyweds much happiness!

Glitz and Glamour

This was a wedding that really sparkled! Mindy and Kenny really made every detail of their Labor Day weekend wedding a personal touch. Mindy LOVES crystals and added them in as her signature part of the day. Our hats are off again to Sabrina and her staff at Proposing Dreams for putting together an awesome day for her clients.

All white "ball" flower arrangements lined the aisle for the bride's entrance.

The bridal bouquet was white mini callas surrounded by ivory roses and "sprinkled" with crystals.

.......to the Holiday Inn ballroom where we added hanging crystals and used them as centerpieces on half of the tables.

Triplets that are too cute!!

Here is a photo shoot done by Lace in their new studio space that they share with Sisters. We helped out with a few headwreaths, but we just mostly wanted to show off how dang CUTE these little girls are!!! Kudos to Gina and Laurel who took these precious photos!!

Spinks Pavilion Wedding

Jessica and Ashraf had a gorgeous wedding this past June at the Gladney Rose Garden and Spinks Pavilion. Jessica wanted a lot of personal touches and unique design elements for her event.

Jessica's bouquet was flame mini callas, ivory roses, and white cymbidium orchids arranged in a circular biedermeier style.

The bride and groom's chairs at the reception were decorated with the wedding colors in orchids and spray roses.



We incorporated the flowers from the bridal bouquet into three different centerpieces for the tables, all in mirror rectangle vases.
